How to register: login to the app, look over the scheduled talks and then choose "add to my sched" for the workshops you plan to attend. Registered attendees will have priority seating at workshops.

Workshops are being held at the Radisson Blu in the second floor ballrooms on Monday from 9:30-4:30. The Expo is in the Parkview Event Space off Nick Universe on the east side, just past the Hard Rock Cafe; it is open Monday 12-8 and Tuesday 9-3. The expo hall is where some group meet-ups and talks will be happening on Monday night after 5 p.m. and Tuesday from 9-3. Various other events are happening at Mall of America stores; be sure to check the location when you sign up.

The most common piece of advice new homeschoolers hear from seasoned homeschoolers is "Deschool!!" Deschooling is beneficial for all homeschooling families, a way to start your new journey on the right foot.  We will talk about how deschooling benefits a family that has been in a special needs classroom specifically. Why you should do it, and tips and tricks to make your deschooling experience as positive and rejuvinating as possible!
